Complex Breast Cases
Background
This is a 38 year-old who had three previous breast surgeries by another surgeon and was not happy with her results. Initially her right saline implant was too high and required revisionary surgery to reposition it appropriately. Following this procedure, the right implant mal-positioned again and because she remained unhappy with that result, she had another revisionary surgery. At this point she felt her implants were too large and desired smaller silicone implants. She underwent an implant exchange and placement of Strattice into the right breast pocket by Dr. Flint. Strattice was used to prevent recurrent mal-position. Moderate plus profile silicone implants were selected, a 275 cc implant was placed on her right side and 250 cc implant on the left. Her post-operative photos were taken 10 months following her surgery at which point her implants remained in good position.
