Complex Breast Cases
Background
This is a 28 year-old who had a saline breast augmentation placed through a periareola incision by another doctor. In the following year she felt her implant rippling had become visible, and she was unhappy with her large size. She was also in a car accident, which she felt changed the position of her implants and made her more droopy. Dr. Flint felt the best approach was an implant exchange with a breast lift along with a device called Strattice, in order to stabilize the position of her implants. Her post-operative photos were taken three months following her procedure. Her scars will continue to fade nicely over time.
