Complex Breast Cases
Background
This is a 39 year-old female who underwent saline breast augmentation in 2001 with another physician. She reported that she had lost 20 pounds and could feel the rippling in both of her breasts. She also reported that she felt her left implant was sliding out to the side. Dr. Flint recommended an implant exchange with a slightly smaller silicone implant along with Strattice to help minimize the rippling and decrease the risk of recurrent malposition. Her post-operative photos were taken ten months following her surgery.
