Background

This 57 year-old professional originally had a breast augmentation with saline implants with an anchor-shaped mastopexy in 2003 by another surgeon. She then underwent a secondary lift for re-drooping a few years later, but did not have her implants exchanged at that time. She came to Dr. Flint desiring smaller implants and a breast lift. Dr. Flint discovered her textured saline implants had been filled to 440cc on the left and 410cc on the right. Dr. Flint replaced them with smaller silicone implants, and her post photos were taken 4 months post procedure.
