This 23 year-old came to Dr. Flint with complaints of breast asymmetry and drooping.  She was a DDD-cup size and wished to be more like a C-cup.  Dr. Flint performed a breast reduction, but placed a small implant under the chest muscle to give better upper pole fullness.  Dr. Flint also performed liposuction of her underarms for better contour of her breasts.  Her photos were taken 4 months after surgery.
