Breast Augmentation with Lift

This is a 42 year-old who desired perkier breasts. She is happy with her size overall, but would really like to be able to wear a back-less, bra-less dress. She is 5'5 inches and weighs 123 pounds. She underwent a breast augmentation with a breast lift. Moderate classic 170 cc silicone implants were selected. Her post-operative photos were taken four months following her procedure.
