This is a 66 year-old female who disliked the facial aging she was experiencing.   She had noticed for some time that her jowls, neck and facial creases were becoming more prominent and sagging. She also noticed over the years her top lip had gotten longer and thinner, and she desired more of the red part of her lip to show.  She underwent a face and a lip lift.  Post operative photos were taken 3 months following her surgery.
